Is CeliacTrack tax advice?

No. The app calculates estimates based on your inputs and CRA's published rules. Always confirm with a registered tax professional before filing your return.

What does the Claim subscription unlock?

Unlimited receipts, AI product lookup, AI comparable suggestions with price + source, the best-window optimiser, the duplicate resolver, and audit-ready PDF export. The free Tracker tier lets you scan up to 10 receipts and export CSV.

How do I cancel my subscription?

All subscriptions are managed through Apple or Google. On iPhone: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → CeliacTrack. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds for subscriptions purchased through the App Store go through Apple's refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play has an equivalent flow. Email us if you need help finding it.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app → Profile → Delete account. Every receipt, comparable, photo, and profile setting is wiped immediately. This cannot be undone. (App Store rules require this to be in-app — it is.)

What if my data was wrong on the CRA return?

CRA estimates depend on what you enter. Always have an accountant review the exported PDF before filing. If you discover an error after filing, you can amend through CRA's "Change my return" web tool or by paper amendment.

Does the app work on Android?

Android support is on the roadmap. iOS first, Android shortly after. Email us if you want to be notified at launch.
